ABOUT US

Enhancing the lives of individuals and organizations

Our Global Humanity (OGH), a Los Angeles-based 501(c)(3) non-profit, is committed to enhancing the lives of individuals and organizations grappling with disabilities and poverty. We bridge service gaps by offering crucial resources and pathways to access for those in need, who often find themselves overlooked due to overwhelmed social service agencies and stringent participation restrictions.

  • It service for business network.

For children and youth requiring behavioral health services, OGH provides a comprehensive array of support to help them reach their full potential. This includes workshops and seminars focusing on resilience and life skills, wellness training, mental health education, resources and referrals. Additionally, our services encompass case management, peer support, mentorship programs, and goal-setting/realization support.

  • Business success rate solving.

Central to our approach is the development of individualized wellness plans for participating families, crafted by OGH case managers and mentors. These plans incorporate behavioral health counseling and wellness service referrals, with ongoing assessment and evaluation conducted through monthly meetings between program case managers, mentors, and families. In collaboration with Title 1 Charter Schools, OGH is reshaping public education in low-income communities of color. By integrating Certified Wellness Coaches II (CWCs II) and 12 Registered Wellness Coach Interns (RWCI II) across school sites, we aim to nurture conscious, critical thinkers prepared to navigate life and contribute to a more equitable and sustainable world. Supervised by a School Psychologist/ Social Worker/ LCSW/ PPS and overseen by OGH's CEO and clinical staff, these coaches/interns will receive training in evidence-based prevention and intervention strategies, restorative practices, and social-emotional competency skills to provide tailored support to students. Through additional training such as Coping Power, One Circle Foundation (facilitation of small groups) and Life Skills Training, we will equip coaches with the tools necessary to support students socially and emotionally.
